- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for tax services is straightforward. Flat-rate pricing for tax returns based on how complex your return is. Consultation or tax planning is a base rate + an hourly fee for every hour past the first.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start off by meeting with you to discuss your goals and let you know what to expect from the process. This meeting typically takes an hour and can be done virtually or in-person. This first meeting is not charged an hourly rate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I obtained both a Bachelor's and Master's in Accounting in less than 2 years thanks to my extensive knowledge & experience in the industry. I bring that capability here to help you succeed and reach your financial goals.
