- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will schedule an in-home consultation to have a formal introduction and go over project expectation. We will provide a full scope and estimate We will meet and discuss options and selections as well as project planning. During the construction phase we like our clients being deeply involved to ensure the outcome is meeting expectations. Communication is key and involvement is everything. We pride ourselves on customer service and a project that is exactly as expected.
