Tri-state came out and gave me a bid for a new sump pump installation along with a radon system. The price was an alignment with other contractors not too high not too low. They answered their phone in the evening when I called on their emergency/24 hour service line. A professional came out that even gave me a quote and got started. Other people couldn’t come out for several days. Thank you so much for saving my carpet. Five stars for sure.~ Lyn

My sump pump went out. I called Tristate Structural. They came out promptly that day! They fixed us up that day! I couldn’t believe it. Though it seemed like an emergency to us, they didn’t seem to treat it like one. I didn’t feel like they took advantage, they offered a fair price and did good work. It’s been up and running and we’re good to go. Nice guys too.
