After spending the entire day calling company after company, I was exhausted, frustrated, and fed up with my pest control situation. Everyone either told me they couldn’t help, passed me off to someone else, or never showed up. Then I found this company. He actually answered the phone, showed up promptly within a few hours of my inquiry , listened to what was going on, investigated the situation thoroughly, and immediately got to work. No excuses. No runaround. Just professionalism and action. When you’ve spent hours trying to solve a stressful problem, having someone simply show up and do what they say they’re going to do means everything. His knowledge, urgency, and willingness to help completely changed my day. I can’t recommend him enough. If you’re dealing with a wildlife issue and need someone who is responsive, honest, and gets the job done, save yourself the headache and call him first. I only wish I had found him before wasting my time calling everyone else.

Malik did an excellent job trapping squirrels, and Demetrius and his colleague (whose name I unfortunately do not remember) did an excellent--excellent!--job repairing the holes that squirrels chewed in a fascia board near the third floor of my house. I greatly appreciated everyone's skills. They solved a big problem!
