- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
KES uses a flat per hour rate for labor. Additional services can be chosen "a la carte" to ensure you only pay for what you need. No surprises. The price you sign for on the contract is the price you will be charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our tested process includes an initial interview to establish the specific event needs in relation to bar services. This will generate a line itemed quote that will include transparent pricing for the agreed upon services. The customer will be provided with a suggested shopping list for those items the customer must legally purchase themselves. We will stay in regular contact and provide updates and reminders as your event approaches. On the day of the event, the KES team will set up, serve, and clean up the bar service for you. Throughout this process, KES is but a phone call away to answer any of your questions or address any of your concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Mixologist has been Certified by the Professional Bartender's Association. All of our staff have been trained not only in the art and science of mixology, but in event hospitality as well. Every event is different, and our staff are flexible problem solver ready to make sure our customers' events a positive and proud memory.
