I reached out to AV AIR LLC on Thumbtack and Alex responded right away, and on that same day he was able to meet with me and take a look a the project. My project involved the removal of my existing boiler system and installation of a new HVAC system and ductwork. Alex is very easy to work with, he is polite, personable and very knowledgeable. I had spoken with other hvac contractors, but after speaking with Alex and discussing his pricing, I knew right away this was the right guy for the job. Alex, and his assistant showed up for the job and on the very first day they had the old boiler system removed and the new furnace partially installed turned on and heating the basement, which was very impressive. Alex, throughly explained every step of the project and the project proceeded as discussed, without any surprises. I also had Alex install a new hot water tank which also professionally done. I recommended Alex to a friend whose furnace had gone out, my friend had another hvac contractor look at his furnace who told him he needed a new furnace. Alex responded the same day after receiving a call from my friend and had his furnace working in less than 30 minutes. In the future, AV AIR LLC will be the first company I reach out to for all my HVAC system needs. If you are looking for a HVAC professional that is honest, knowledgeable, responsive, performs quality work, polite and easy to work with, I highly recommend you give AV AIR LLC a call.

I hired Alex from AV Air LLC to put in a new furnace at one of my duplex rental property and after seeing how good and professional he was, I ended up having him replace both furnaces.   • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I’m epa certified to deal with refrigerants. Also I was trained under a master hvac technician who owns his own company that is successful till this day. Also took courses supplied by the distributors in order to get properly trained with working and installing their equipment.
