- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have discounts for recurring jobs with our customers. We offer add-on services as well as seasonal specials. We also offer 3 different packages from Standard To Premium and Deluxe Drip.

We Establish contact and rapport with the customer Qualifying the customer and understanding their needs Presenting the Business and its products or services Addressing the customer’s objections Agree on terms and conditions before working for a customer
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience is always our best teacher. However, we provide training manuals, checklists, and other forms of training for our employees.
