These guys were great! They even came out on Memorial Day to install my new faucet. Very punctual, friendly, and they responded very quickly to my messages. My only complaint is the sticky residue that was left in my sink that was very difficult and time consuming to remove. My old faucet needed to be ground out due to corrosion, which left tiny metal shards in my sink. Understandably, they requested that I be the one to clean the shards out so they wouldn’t be responsible for scratching my sink (it’s ceramic, which scratches easily). I didn’t mind that, but the unknown sticky residue was quite difficult to remove. Other than that, they were wonderful to work with!

Mark kept contact with me in prep for the work, showed up on time, and he and Paul went over and above what was asked. Even fixed a couple more things that I didn't list in my original job. Made a trip to Home Depot to get some supplies, and did it all within budget. Very reasonable in price, and got the work done. Thanks, guys!

Mark Kellogg of JJK is very personable. Him and his service technician, Eddie reinstalled my fence which included some prefabrication, and the next day I hired them to fixe my tenants bathroom leak. JJK’s “make the customer happy” approach to being a service provider is very refreshing. The reasonable prices, “can do” attitude, and dependability has made me a happy customer.

The guy had a good personality but completely unreasonable when it comes to pricing. Example homedepot wanted 724 to install 4 doors for me, he came asking for 2200. I asked him how much he wanted to assemble a shower for me in my new bathroom. 2000 to just cement 4 glass walls around the base. No small company pricing should come in that much higher than a multi billion dollar company. There just price gouging those naive enough to let them.
