- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a set charge for each trade by the hour and a fair markup for parts and required city permits. Also if a customer has their source for equipment and parts, we will work with customer's supplied materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Do a site assessment and find out a customers needs. Find the best solutions and educate the customer to the requirement of the building code and how it will apply to the customers wants and needs.
