Design Process: Proven product development from concept research & prototyping through production, including choosing manufacturing processes and tool development. Extensive understanding of material and process selection, machine tool capabilities, forming, welding and finishing processes. Design Process: Thorough knowledge of design documentation following various standards focused on conforming to regulatory requirements (ie: ISO; FDA), including Engineering Change processes. Participated in development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies. Authored manufacturing monitoring procedures, Quality Control (QC) measures, creation of engineering standards, product specifications and verification/validation test protocols.
