- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the length of each visit, not the number of pets or care tasks. There are no extra fees for feeding, medication administration, litter care, or playtime during your scheduled visit. Clients who use us on a recurring weekly basis receive discounted loyalty rates, while one-time or occasional visits are billed at our standard rate. We believe in transparent pricing with no surprise fees, and we’re happy to recommend the best visit length or frequency based on your pet’s needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Petcare Deluxe LLC, we make it easy for new customers to get started. Simply fill out the sign-up form on our website or call us directly, and someone from our team will reach out to you as soon as possible to gather more details about your specific service needs. We require a new client consultation, where one of our experienced pack leaders will meet you and your pets, discuss your requirements, and ensure everything is in place to make each visit as successful as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Petcare Deluxe LLC, our team members undergo ongoing training to ensure the highest quality care for your pets. This includes training in dog body language, bite prevention, pet basic first aid and CPR, and any other relevant areas that enhance our service. Additionally, each team member participates in shadow visits with an experienced pack leader for every new client to ensure they are fully prepared to meet your pet’s needs and provide the best care possible.
