Having recently moved to the area, we were very nervous about who was going to take our dog out on walks while we were at work. Our dog is 100 lbs., so not always the easiest to find someone to trust to walk such a big (stubborn) boy. We saw a flyer in a local bakery and decided to reach out. Miranda and Keela came by to do a meet-n-greet and put all our worries at ease. Further, they trained Graham who now is also in the mix of walkers. It has been two months of walks and we're all so pleased that we found Petcare Deluxe. The scheduling platform is easy and they offer many options for timing and lengths of visits. I like that they do a buddy system if training a new walker so the dog is not alarmed by a new person without someone he already knows. They send numerous pictures and updates while out on the walk which are often the best text messages of the day! I feel the dog is safe in their care, I trust them, and don't have to worry knowing that he is well cared for when we are not home. Thank you very much!

They took such good care of our dog while we were at work. They were reliable and we never had to worry that our fur baby was walked and taken care of. Miranda and Margaret have been wonderful! They even bring in our packages and the bins from the road!

I LOVE Pet-care Deluxe. Miranda is the point of contact and was great at exposing pricing up front and answering questions. She assigned me to one of her dog walkers Nikki in the Akron/North Canton area as shes just the best. Genuine, loving, caring and so good with Whisper. I just moved here alone and wanted a pup but couldnt justify getting one w/ no one to help potty train while Im work. Ive been using them almost and month now and is so reassuring and convenient to have them on my team! They communicate every walk, send photos of Whisper every walk, and genuinely help me raise my babe. They are part of my tribe! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Dont forget them for long wknds or vacations too! I am a real person, hahaha.

Absolutely the BEST!I have 5 rescue cats, one of which has brain injury and epilepsy so I have to choose pet services carefully!Miranda came with 2 other team members for the meet-and-greet.She took meticulous notes about the medication and feeding schedules, litter boxes, and how to handle my special-needs cat! Also did a detailed walkthrough with the team.The whole team loved all over my kitties.The visits I've booked have been punctual and gone great; I can tell by how relaxed the fur kids are. professional and caring. Our pricing is based on the length of each visit, not the number of pets or care tasks. There are no extra fees for feeding, medication administration, litter care, or playtime during your scheduled visit.

At Petcare Deluxe LLC, we make it easy for new customers to get started. Simply fill out the sign-up form on our website or call us directly, and someone from our team will reach out to you as soon as possible to gather more details about your specific service needs. We require a new client consultation, where one of our experienced pack leaders will meet you and your pets, discuss your requirements, and ensure everything is in place to make each visit as successful as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Petcare Deluxe LLC, our team members undergo ongoing training to ensure the highest quality care for your pets. This includes training in dog body language, bite prevention, pet basic first aid and CPR, and any other relevant areas that enhance our service. Additionally, each team member participates in shadow visits with an experienced pack leader for every new client to ensure they are fully prepared to meet your pet’s needs and provide the best care possible.
