On 11/08/17 I hired this company to replace 60' of main sewer. Fifteen minutes before they were finished i used a shovel to catch them "red handed" not back filling with gravel, ( a codified requirement), a very important section of sewer, and i told them they wrecked the neighbors lawn and cracked three of their fence posts to the point that the fence was laying on the ground. They excavated and back filled the trench, but did not fix the neighbors lawn or fence posts, nor did they offer to fix it. Two days after they finished i used a shovel to discover they did not back fill with gravel a second very important section of sewer, a codified requirement), also they did not meet the city's requirements because they left a mound of dirt 3' in height one hour after the city inspector told them not to leave a mound higher than a foot.Within eight days I rented an excavating machine and purchased two yards of gravel to correct this company's blatant disregard to abide by local and state codes, meanwhile i received a summons to appear in Cuyahoga Court of Common Pleas as Drain Cleaning Solutions claimed "they did the job according to local and state codes." I have plenty of video, photos, and witnesses including the City of North Olmsted Building Inspector who captured his own photos.Drain Cleaning Solutution's claims are untrue and shameful !!!!I would not recommend this company to anyone because this company is dishonest.

We have a great reputation for our service and quality. We always abide by local codes and cannot backfill until the local inspector signs off on the work. Unfortunately there seems to have been some miscommunication on your expectations and what the job required. We quoted and performed the work to local code and our 20+ years of experience. The city of North Olmsted inspected and approved our work. I’m sorry you had a bad experience. These guys actually answer the phone and return calls - made appt in a reasonable time period, Joe arrived on time, and did a great job. Very good company!

They were great and very friendly and nice. They bent over backwards to always please me. I would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely have them back to do more work for me if I ever need it.
