We will thoroughly explain what is needed prior to starting the job. We present all options available so that the customer can make an informed decision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact the customer as soon as possible and arrange a time to come out that’s mutually agreeable. When we arrive, we assess the situation and discuss all available options with the customer.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with a very diverse variety of customers from young to old, from tenants to homeowners and property managers. We have worked in small homes, apartments, condos,large homes and commercial properties.
