Working with OEC was seamless. They are very responsive on the app. They were prompt for their appointment and even called when the technician was on his way. Alex was very personable and professional. He fixed our porch light and replaced the fixture for us. He even cleaned up the area and disposed of the old fixture. If we have any future electrical needs, we will definitely call OEC for the work. Just a head’s up: while they do take credit cards, there is an extra fee for using it. They are a small company, so I understand that. We wrote a check and it wasn’t an issue.
