The company responded to my Angie's request within 2 days. They scheduled their representatives to come out the next day. Christian answered our questions and concerns very well, so we decided to have him perform the service that day. Christian did an excellent job, and worked quickly. We were very pleased with the work done.We highly recommend this company and Christian as an electrician.

No show because if scheduling software. Called and made a trip later that day. Replaced all the smoke detectors with top grade smoke detectors.

Overall, I am happy with the service once it was completed. The guys that came out, (Xavier and another gentleman) were extremely polite and friendly. We had a rocky start getting scheduled and miscommunication errors. I would call them and utilize their service again. I would also refer them, but I would advice to have numbers given at up front. The app said 60$ service fee. Once arrived, it was a $320 diagnostic fee. I needed the electric outlet fixed and didnt want to not give any business after driving from Cleveland so I chalked it up and paid for it. I do feel the price is a bit expensive for the work that was done, which is where the 4star came it. Definitely didnt budget for that amount today. But, overall they were nice people and completed the job.
