They did an amazing job clearing out our dryer vent that vented to the outside 25 feet in the air. They are reasonable, very professional and I highly recommend them.

Nick from the ProBros was scheduled to be here between 9-12. He called at 1015 and apologized for not being here sooner, and I assured him it was fine. He said he would be here at 1115, and he was right on time. After arriving, he introduced himself and explained what he was going to do. (I hired him due to a chimney leak). He went on the roof and inspected the chimney, taking pictures, then explained everything to me in language I could understand. I agreed that the work needed done, so he quoted me a price, including a senior discount, that l felt was reasonable. He was able to do the work right away, and in the time he said it would take. When finished, he took pictures again to show me what he had done and compared them to the before pictures. Nick was very courteous and polite and answered my questions honestly. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again, and I certainly recommend him.

The Pro Bros were quick to respond to a posting about a job we were taking quotes for. The technician came to the house, jumped on the roof to access the job and came down with pictures. He was polite and professional and took time to go over the pictures indicating what work actually needed done on our chimney.

John and his team were very professional, efficient, and made certain everything worked properly in the entire area was clean when they left. They showed me everything that they did and ask if I had any questions. I highly recommend them for cleaning dryer vents.
