- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We actually keep it really simple. We add the cost of materials, plus the cost of labor, and that's how we come up with our pricing. When we get something at a discount, you, our customer get that same discount.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. We also operate The Durham Construction Trade Institute where we offer initial and continuing education classes.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Search around for prices, learn as much as you can about the job you're looking to have done, and ask as many questions as you can think of. If you can't remember a question, don't deal with a company who has a problem with making themselves available to you when you finally remember your questions or concerns.
