- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is usually fair. If the job gets intense I will make a contract if there’s several things to do I’ll make a contract and make sure that we use the insurance for the job. I do give older people over the age of 65 discounts if I give you a price and there is less work that I have to do I will adjust the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I reassure them that they can trust me. I never asked for money upfront. I showed them that I’m reliable that I’m on time and then I can communicate.
