Oddly enough, One Solution Gutters & More got my business by accident. I previously contacted another company, who ended up not responding to my requests properly and left me hanging. Decided to go to Thumbtack and check out local offerings, and here we are. It worked out for the best!

I needed a simple gutter cleaning that I was long overdue for. When I reached out, they were very quick to respond and set up a timeframe as well as an estimate. The technician, Tony, arrived promptly that day, and went through the process with me. He informed me of all the work he was going to do as well as pointing out common issues and how to resolve those issues going forward. He was extremely informative in his presentation. The work was both quick and professional, and I'm very pleased with the outcome.

Another nice thing about this company, depending on the work you need, is that they could be a 'one-stop shop'. I also needed tree trimming done, and having seen that from previous reviews, I asked them about it and received an unbelievably generous quote. I have them set up for that service shortly. Glad to support local business and am happy I found these guys! They deserve every cent.

I had asked them to fix a couple of gutters and they came out and said they address the corner that was leaking (still leaks) and didn’t fix the second part I asked them to address. They charged me almost $300 for that. Then when I asked them to go take another look at it, they stopped responding.

Hired these guys remotely to have work done on my fathers house. Had some issues with communication, as my dad didn’t understand their recommendation. These guys went back again the next day to follow up and get it done. Solid people. Worth every penny.
