Ken was very professional and a great communicator. The project of replacing the lock on security door was very challenging and he informed me of possible risks He persevered. He also installed my digital thermostat...quickly and correctly In addition He repaired the handrail in the staircase, replaced the bulb, and finally removed trash from my home and took trash out to curb for next day pickup Outstanding technician whom I will use on future Handyman projects!!

They were able to come out and install my faucet the same day. When I discovered I had a leak 6 days later they came right out. They waited while I went and got a new faucet to replace my faulty one and installed it for me right then. Ken is super nice and helpful. Definitely will be using them again in the future.
