Vlad did amazing work! He was punctual, came back twice even though I live rurally, and ordered good value parts to repair my dishwasher. I appreciate their flexibility and professionalism. I will used Parma Repair again if I need appliance repairs in the future.

Vlad arrived at my home at the expected time, worked diligently to evaluate the issues with my washer, then explained to me that the cost to repair with parts alone (plus labor) would not be worth the investment in terms of what the appliance's current value is. I much appreciated his HONESTY, when he then recommended that I consider buying a new washer, instead of paying for costly repairs. I will definitely call him again when future appliance repair needs arise. He is obviously very skilled, along with being professional and personable.
