- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the first time cleaning, we charge $40hr (one cleaning lady) After that, when you schedule regular cleaning the prices are usually lower.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I receive a new costumer, I usually like to meet them, I like to know they imagine their house and how they would like to improve in cleanliness
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have learned my skills by actually practicing on a daily basis my own home as a mother with a child it becomes a daily practice as well. I moved three times in 4 years in different cities and I learned a lot about tidying up. I have repaired, improved and decorated my home from the beginning
