Michael was on time, and when he thought he may be slighly late he texted me to let me know ahead of time, and then showed up right on time. He was very professional, and presented me with his business card as I opened the door. Michael worked efficiently and made the extra effort to complete the repair during the time he was on my property. He ran out to get a part and returned quickly to repair. He was a breath of fresh air to come across. I have not had much luck in the past with contractors/repair men, and Michael will be my "go to guy" from now on. Also, his pricing for repairs was fair and reasonable.

Mike did a stellar job tackling a small item at one of my rental properties. He was prompt, provided before and after pictures, and gave me an excellent price. He completed the work exactly when promised, and the whole experience was really positive. I would highly recommend him for your maintenance needs.

I originally reached out for another project from DMO Maintenance Services, Mike graciously switched gears to accommodate my new request. He quoted the project and completed the job in a timely manner . The clean up was impeccable and the project was done as described to my satisfaction .

Michael Boc did an amazing job turning my gutted house into an attractive, livable space. Everything in the house needed repairs, and he was more than capable of the renovations, including new drywall, wall insulation, flooring, outdoor siding, and a beautiful bathroom remodel. He's not only very skilled, but has a great eye and pays attention to detail. Michael really went above and beyond on the many projects involved in fixing this house. He was always kind and lovely to work with - I'll be calling him again, and would absolutely recommend him to anyone.
