What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very simple! We have a flat hourly rate with no hidden fees. We also have only 1 hour minimum. 2 movers + truck = $90/hour 3 movers + truck = $115/hour
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love working with new customers. We take a very consultative approach to moving. We first asses the work load by your description of the items you want to move and where you are moving to. After we gather all the necessary information we will provide your with a flat rate quote with no hidden fees.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our drivers and movers have went through a two week intensive training program. Aside from that, we continually educate and train our employees on weekly basis. We are a firm believers in A+ Service!
