Leon did an outstanding job on two projects I needed help with. Leon repaired and painted rotted siding, right at ground level, on my garage and then I needed to repair the gutters after a few storms dropped debris on them. The siding was a smaller job, and we called a couple contractors to get quotes. Leon took a look and got back with reasobnable quote quickly and had the work completed before the others even responded. The work was perfect. On the gutters, it turned out the wood securing the gutters was bad in places so he replaced that and even repainted before rehanging the gutters. We were in the process of selling the house, so we needed the work attended to quickly. Leon delivered. He is always prompt, curtious, and does exceptional work at a reasonable price. In fact when he fixed the gutters, he noticed a couple shingles on the roof were broken. He offered to fix those as well while he was there as oart of the original quote. He didn't have the necessary materials but promised to stop by when he was in the neighborhood. A few days later, he followed through on that promise. I wouldn't hesitate to call for any future project, he makes sure the job is done right.
