- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Regularly attend college classes to stay in touch with new techniques. Along with reading Bon Appetite magazine on a regular basis.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
This may sound cheesy but i didn't choose it, it chose me. When i was in high school my parents both worked a lot, because of this it was my job to cook dinner at home. It started from there i would make dinner for my parents and once i moved out and had my own house hold I cooked from scratch every day as i still do know.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My most common job is that i make meals twice a week for a CASE professor who is gluten free vegan. She works a lot so I plan her meals cook them and freeze half of the meal so she can eat them when I'm not there or if i have to go out of town.
