I had a great experience with James, who teamed up with his dad John to take care of a basement at my circa 1920 Cleveland Heights rental property that needed to be scraped and painted, and also needed repairs to some deteriorated wood. They did a stellar job, going above and beyond on all counts. James responded to my request promptly and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. He was professional, friendly, and accommodating. The basement looks better than it has in the many years I’ve owned the house and it’s clear by the workmanship that it will hold up well over time.
