- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A customer should know that my pricing is fair . Discount will be assessed throughout the process of coming up wit a price on the job. I do have service charge fees for all services provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is basically to get to know the customer and discuss what the problem is they are having come to an agreement so that the issue can get solved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 years training in plumbing and pipe fitting, will be a journey man soon.
