Melissa communicated her arrival time and gave me a rate prior to starting the job. She was polite friendly and answered all my questions!! Will definitely use her again!! She did an excellent job and was careful to get the entire driveway!!

Melissa responded quickly and arrived on time. She made a special effort (above and beyond!) to squeeze me into her busy schedule at the last minute. Melissa did an excellent job of blowing the snow off my driveway, as well as clearing my front steps with a shovel. I feel so fortunate to have found Melissa on Thumbtack!
