- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies per job. I need to consider the level of difficulty for removal or trimming, such as the size of the tree and it's position, any surrounding structures, if it's by electrical wires, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer will send me a request for a free estimate, and I will contact them for the address so I can come by and price the job. I will then provide a proposal. Once the proposal is accepted and the price is agreed on, I will set up a date to complete the job. Payment is accepted once the job is done and the customer is fully satisfied.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've climbed trees since I was a kid, and love being active outside. I had a friend who worked for a tree company and needed help with a job one day. I've been passionate about it ever since.
