- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's not complicated it starts at $325 and goes up incrementally based on Sq. Ft of the home. I am flexible with pricing and usually offer some type of discount. I am willing to try and beat anyone's quote
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am signed up to take classes in Mold remediation
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I switched predominately to Home Inspection in 2014 due to a back injury that is a chronic pain for me now. I figured I would take my knowledge of homes and their operating systems and use that knowledge to take some of the guess work out of the home buying process. Doing some of the remodel work takes a toll on me pain wise so I can still do what I love. Which is actually providing superior customer service and building relationships with people. I like to leave you feeling like you were a honored guest in my home. If I fall short of that goal then I just try harder the next time.
