- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All weddings are different, so we add value others might not, free of charge, not just during the recording process, but in communication and service from the moment we meet. Then, after your special day, through the post production process and long after we continue to add value by archiving your video footage with Integrity Productions should you ever need to replace yours for any reason, and by supplying your materials as files you can preserve for years to come.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set a time to meet by phone or in person to discuss what makes your wedding special and unique, and how to best capture those moments you will want to look back on. I will supply a "wedding checklist" of subjects and events usually requested, so that you can be certain that we will not miss a thing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in motion picture production, and have movie sets, corporate image videos, commercials as well as weddings for over 20 years.
