We are so grateful that we found Aided Solutions when we did. We called the morning we discovered our basement had flooded, Omar called back promptly, and arrived within about an hour and got to work. He not only helped us with everything needed to clear the water from our basement, pack up and move everything out of the basement, and get it sufficiently dry again, but Omar also found us a plumber who could fix the problem causing the flooding after our usual plumber could not, as well as connected us with multiple basement waterproofing professionals to help us safeguard against water problems in our basement in the future.
Omar was kind, understanding, professional, helpful, and proactive in getting our basement livable again. We highly recommend Aided Solutions!
