We had ice damming in our home, and water began to drip through the ceiling into the dining room. Omar from Aided Solutions was the first to respond. He came to our home that day and, after inspecting every level, laid out a plan to mitigate the damage. We are so grateful the universe sent him to us! He was candid about the work that needed to be done and shepherded us through the work. He treated our home as if it were his own and taught us a great deal. Omar is kind and professional. The level of detail in the documentation in his final report to the insurance company clearly outlined the work he did. We wish we had met him under different circumstances, but we were happy to have him be a part of our lives.

I am 76 years old and dealing with a number of issues with my renter. I called Aided Solutions for help to clean out the house, move their things to a storage unit, re key the four exterior doors, clean up the yard and mow and trim all the bushes , remove the carpeting from the basement, and clean the dirt and debris from the house. In addition, they did an amazing cleaning of the kitchen, including the refrigerator, which was quite nasty. I think I’ve listed most things. They were so busy and so thorough. It was marvelous. They got to work on the same day that I contacted them and seemed to work nonstop until the job was done. There was an attempted break-in in the house after they were done. Omar came back over and installed security cameras for me. He has gone out of his way to make the experience wonderful. I highly recommend him in his team.
