I had plumbing that needed to be reworked to accommodate deeper sink. Reached out to ARS late Friday evening. They responded back first thing on Saturday. Once details were confirmed a technician was dispatched within the hour. Laura was great qualifying issue and setting everything up. Overall I’m very pleased with response time and willingness to do what’s needed to resolve the issue. Pricing was fair and technician was knowledgeable and pleasant. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I hired ARS as second opinion to what the original company told me was a collapsed sewer line requiring my service to be dug up in the alley behind my home. None of which would have been covered by my homeowners insurance policy. The estimate was for $24,000 which is almost 50% of my home value. Initially I was given same assessment by ARS after a camera was fed into my line up to where the supposed collapse was located. With a GPS device attached and a locate the plumbing repair specialist measured my yard and came within a few feet of original figures and same poor prognosis. This technician wasn't satisfied with the original diagnosis and wanted further information. He called a sewer line specialist with a jet system to come out. After jetting my line it didn't seem to work but they still weren't convinced. They brought out their sewer auger to run through my line. They were able to push through and clear my sewer line. They ran the camera back down my line going all the way to the end of my service line. They found a shift in my line going down approximately one inch at the end of my line at sewer tap but no collapsed pipe. I have proof because they recorded video every time the camera was run into my line. I visualized myself the cleared line. They called the blockage a wall of paper. It was combination of disposable wet wipes and tp. Please don't flush wipes of any kind and no large amounts of tp at one time because this can happen to you. I'm a disabled veteran and make 10k less per year than amount quoted by first company who came to my home. That company was out for the money. ARS Rescue Rooter saved my life!

We had a leak in our laundry room in the ceiling. The technician was able to figure out that the leak was actually from a pipe in our fridge in the kitchen. He gave us a few options in how to go about the repair. He even suggested to go ahead with keeping the copper pipe and just cutting away the leaky area, which was a lower cost option. I appreicate his honesty and recommendation. We went ahead and did that and he was able to get it done rignt away. I would use ARS again.

Had a flood issue with our basement and asked them to come out to get an estimate. He was very upfront about cost, punctual and gave me the best options to clear and clean out our main line. He also checked the subpump to make sure that was working properly to insure there wasn't any other issues with my basement flooding
