Came within a few hours of the request when we were new clients, let us know what was going on, let us pick out the part (a new faucet) in the afternoon and came back to install it first thing the next morning. Less than 24 hours between a leaky sink and 100% problem solved. Prices totally reasonable! Definitely will hire again for plumbing needs!

On Saturday, March 30, 2019, my husband called me at work because water was leaking out from our water heater. I called Lyons Plumbing and John was out at our house within 4 hours. We discussed going to a tankless water heater because we currently set-up for 2 hot water tanks (we were only using 1), so we wanted to gain space and efficiency. John talked about the pros and cons for our situation and then recommended we purchase the tank we wanted and he would install it. He warned us that a tankless install is about an 8 hour job (we had some pipes that ended up breaking, so the job was a bit more than just re-routing gas lines and installing the tank). So, we were scheduled for Tuesday. He did a great job and even hauled the 2 old tanks away for us. We couldn't be happier! Thanks John!! - Shannon & Mike Leyh

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to first speak over the phone to make sure I have a full understanding of how I can help. I have been plumbing for nearly all my life, and I pride myself in my ability to diagnose and locate a problem with as minimal as possible disruption to any home residence or other structure. Plumbing is second nature to me, and no matter what your problem is, I know I can get you back in order as quicly or quicker than any other company out there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been plumbing for over 35 years. I have done residential work, commercial work, even new commercial buildings. I have been a licensed plumber in Ohio since 2005, and I have been certified in backflow testing, and in medical gas installation.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in Southern California, and one of my surfing friends was a plumber. When I got old enough to start working, he let me work with him. That began my plumbing career, and I have worked hard for a long time to become one of the best around.
