Dave is excellent with making the homeowner understand and bringing the ideas and additions to life. He explained the room addition and showed me how it looks in person (brought it to life on his computer). A great addition to Daves arsenal. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is usually different in terms of pricing due to the varying types of service that the customer needs and the many different types, sizes, styles, etc. of projects available. We are happy to come out and give a free initial in home consultation to look at the project and explain the many services that we offer and related pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of the time we will come out and measure and give a free estimate on the services that we offer. If a customer is able to provide enough information with pictures and measurements, then sometimes we can do the design, plans or images without coming out to the jobsite initially.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Designers with architecture degrees and 25 years experience or more and thousands
of residential projects from design to construction in the Central Ohio Area, we have also worked with hundreds of contractors to affordably build those projects.
