Shawn Springer was a spectacular contractor on a total gut rehab of my 103 year old full bathroom! It was a collaborative process every step of the way, and his attention to detail, competence, and precise execution were excellent. And furthermore, he was an utter pleasure to be around during the construction period. I simply could not recommend him higher.

Very Nice to wotk with Sean. His quote was very detail orieneted which convinced me that he is the right guy to go for even though he was not the lowest. I am happy with my decision. He didnt ask for any advance while others requested upto 50% of contract amount to just get started. He execurted the work in time and not rushing things at all. When you suggest something he will discuss and implement it in true spirit. It is very rare to see such contractors now a days

Shawn did an excellent bathroom remodel for us. His tile work is perfection. Always proactive +responsive. Had great suggestions. Our bathroom is tiny but seems larger now. Would not hesitate to recommend Ascent Renovations.
