Very professional and sanitary. After. 10 years of the same carpet, I feel like I’m in a new home. I back to taking my shoes off and love the feeling of new carpet on my feet. My neighbor came over to see it and got his done the same day. Well done guys and thank you!!

They did not have the tools with them to finish this very small job and this includes professional quality! Needless to say they did not finish the job after 8.5 hours and said they would reach out to schedule finishing it through the app. That was 2 weeks ago. Issues we have are the edge on both sides of the hall should have been under the baseboards and is showing all jagged and cut up. To “camouflage” this they used really shiny black caulk (they never disclosed this was going to be used till we saw the final job and it looks exactly like you think it would). They said they would put transition strips down the following visit which never happened. 4 days later after they left I got a message but then 3 min later an apology that they had sent the message in error to us. That was the last contact we had from them. We completely regret hiring this company since the quality was nothing like the examples they showed us and they didn’t even have the right tools for the job - even though they came out before they started to look it over and give us the quote. I would never allow them in my home again the work was so poor and the customer service was non-existent.
