- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always greet each customer and ask what we may start for them. We answer all questions and we are willing to modify the menu to your liking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owner Eric Johnson has over 25 years experience in restaurants and food service processes from Kitchen and General Management for Cooker Bar and Grill to Nutritional Services Management for OSU Wexner Medical Center. He is Servsafe Certified and holds an Associates degree in Business Operations. Owner Torria Johnson has over 15 years on restaurant experience from serving as a waitress to Management. She holds a BS in Business and an MBA in Business and Human Resources.
