She sent a completely untrained “painter” masking herself as a professional who destroyed my home. It is terrifying and I could cry. I now have to pay someone to fix my home. She took my cash and ran. I gave the opportunity to fix the job by sending an actual professional and/or refund. Didn’t happen. This is my first bad experience with thumbtack and I’m devastated. BUYER BEWARE.
