During the cleaning she has to go home for family emergency. I did not have choice but I said ok. She told me She will discount the price for cleaning. After she left I checked all the windows and dusting from furnitures up stair but it was not touch . Also She spell the water from her carpet cleaning machine on my entrance but she did not clean it well the water got into my memory form rug but I did not know after 2 days later I notice the wood floor got ruined. I paid the $200 for the cleaning but after she left I have to redo whole upstair because she left foot print all over from her carpet machine got spell. She did not put aways all my cleaning supplies. It was total mess. Also I have to replaced the my wood floor on entrance.
