Emma was very professional and friendly. She assessed our needs and provided a quote. She worked with our schedule and provided a fair price. We hired her and are glad that we did. She left our office clean and smelling lemony fresh! Can't wait for her to clean for us again in the future.

Even before the workers showed up, the owner was very responsive with an estimate and schedule. When the workers did show up they were on time and went right to work. They did an excellent job. Impressions First will be my cleaners from now on

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is affordable and is tailored to the office, building, or facility we are cleaning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process involves walking through the area to go over customers specific needs and giving an estimate. After customer agrees to terms, a service order is sent detailing objective of clean, day and time clean is scheduled, and contact information. After the service order is sent a confirmation call takes place the day before to ensure that the time and day of the clean is a good time. Next we clean the facility thoroughly. Lastly, we make sure the client is satisfied. The last step involves payment being made.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Other than 10 years of cleaning experience, we train all staff on new cleaning techniques. We have also trained using CDC guidelines to remove all germs and viruses from surfaces.
