Adam called me immediately after I contacted him, and he began working on my issue remotely. I had an issue that was challenging, and he kept saying he would figure it out. After 40 minutes, I had to end the session, and told him I would be available to continue 3 hours later. He told me to call him, and he would not give up, and get it fixed. I called him several hours later, and he immediately began working on it. He had done some leg work, and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. I thanked him and he only charged me for 30 minutes!! I had another question after we were done and called him back.....he answered the phone and took care of something else I wanted done. He did this at no cost, in a matter of minutes. Adam was able to take care of my problem after 3 days of frustration on my part, after purchasing a new laptop, calling the store I bought it from with no positive results to fix my issue. I also called my Internet provider, as well as the manufacturer, and they all wanted 100 dollars plus to try and solve the issue....pretty crazy. I definitely will use Adam for all my future needs, and recommend him to everyone I know......

Adam fixed the problems on my computer including Windows 10, cleaned it up so it runs quicker, and added a new printer. He also got my old laptop working again. Thanks, Adam!

The tasking was to smooth out problems with Windows 10, recreate groups in email account, install a virus protection system and provide general education on managing a computer programs and operating system for a novice using plain English. We will call for Adam for all future needs in the Desk Top world. He was worth the cost of his services.
