Unlike other “squads” we charge hourly, minimum one hour. That means we can tackle all your issues at once without racking up your bill. $50/hr for personal, $75/hr for small business and corporate. $50 surcharge for same day emergency. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance or the emergency fee may apply. Outside city limits may incur a travel fee. If we are ever completely unable to help with your issues, there is no charge—period. One-on-one training. Hardware and software upgrades. Data recovery and transfers made easy. Consultations and expert advice before you buy your next device. Printers, scanners, routers and modems—and any other modern or ancient peripherals—set, connected, and installed. We CANNOT repair physical damage from DROPPED devices of any kind—we can attempt to recover, transfer, or assess, but not repair. We are sorry, but we DO NOT repair cracked screens on phones, tablets, or touch screens of ANY kind. I’m available for instruction, updating, or even downgrading mobile devices but the physical repairs are not something we’re set up for at this time.

As I am technology challenged, I hired Rob to set up my new computer and transfer data from my old one. (PC Laptops using Office) He was fast, efficient, reasonably priced, and, best of all, tutored me as he worked. I appreciated his patience as he had to go over some details more than once. Rob with Two computer guys was great. I forgot my password to get into my computer. Rob was able to get into my laptop without using a password and set it up so I could get in. My other laptop was very slow. Rob made it much faster and easier to use. He was quick, professional, and affordable. Gave some great advice too. Thanks for all your help Rob!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I charge by the hour ($50) instead of by the issue like some other Squads out there, and I tend to be rather efficient. I do this as a benefit to the client, as it ends up being much cheaper in almost every case. Multiple issues are often handled within in the first hour. I am also in the habit of handing out a steep discount when it comes to buying my time in advance. For instance, if you are certain you're going to need lots of lessons on the computer, I typically offer 25% off for five hours in advance.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I started at 13, more or less, when friends’ parents would offer to feed me if I would “fix” their PCs—but I grew up around computers and I learned to understand how they work intrinsically. By 15 I figured that maybe folks would pay with actual money.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I have handled everything from homemakers who need introductions to computing, to businesses who need large scale implementation of workstations set up, and just about everything in between.
