Daniel and his wife responded promptly when I messaged them initially. Once we started negotiating the price, they were a bit high until I got other bids then asked him to reconsider a quote. His second price was lower when he stopped by and if you do this, get it on paper right away because by the time I got the second proposal from him a few days later, it wasn't what we discussed. From that point on, communicating with him started getting sketchy. Even to the point of starting the job where he ghosted me several times, promised to start a few different times but never called or showed until the night before they were to start. The work was ok, his workers worked hard, though he promised several things during negotiations and scope that he didn't deliver on during execution and left my yard a mess of concrete that I was left to clean up and repair. Lastly, he seemed amenable to paying with cash and reducing the price a bit, but then left before the job was completed and asked his foreman to collect the remaining payment never to be seen or heard from again. Needless to say, I held up my end of the bargain by paying cash, but got no break on cost. Bottom line, he is a nice guy, they do OK work, but keep in him throughout the process or you will be disappointed too.

We were extremely impressed with Maximus concrete and his crew. He replaced our front porch and sidewalk. They were extremely professional and courteous and did a great job on the concrete as well. Would definitely hire them again!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 2008 I started working with epoxy flooring and worked for 2 years in Cleveland, Ohio doing this type of work and then I moved to Columbus, Ohio when I started doing concrete work in 2010 since I met concrete the first time I never stop doing it for I`m now going to My 8th year noon stop working on the concrete industry in Columbus, Ohio. just in April of 2017, I was able to make my dream come thru and open my own business it`s been a long fight!
