Matt was very responsive through email, and was very kind and knowledgeable in store. I had a bit of a different request (for scrap soapstone to carve), and the team was more than accommodating! While in-person I got to see the awesome selection of high quality material they carry; I will be going back to Columbus Granite for any future countertop needs!

W.O.W!!!! This sums up our entire experience here!! After going thru long ordeal with kitchen leak issue and no kitchen for four months and desperately seeking AFFORDABLE guidance and replacements for cabinets and counters, THIS PLACE WAS OUR SAVING GRACE. We stopped in to look at quartz and granite colors (after many other places) and once we sat down with Matt, the sales gentleman, we were so impressed and also charmed. He was so polite and pleasant and helpful! He also suggested we let him submit our kitchen layout to their partner in cabinets, Columbus Cabinets. Ann, the designer, called us right away with a design ready within few days. She also included the price and invited us tomake any suggested changes we wanted. Her communication from day one was impeccable. Then, we had the pleasure of meeting with her in person and she was funny and so personable and we could tell she was all about 100% detailed accuracy and her upmost priority was making sure the customer was taken care of in every way. She came out to our home the very next day to measure her design against our actual kitchen to ensure accuracy. Just absolutely a pleasure to work with!! The price was absolutely incomparable not to mention the high level of super quality of each cabinet. Compared to big box stores we looked at and the out of range quotes we received, this place was a GOLD MINE!!Now.. we move into the installer, Art. He was the icing on the cake. He came at 8 am on the dot (with a text each morning to confirm on his way) each day. He worked thru the entire work day with no lunch break (yikes) and with help from his polite and pleasant son, he completed our kitchen cabinets with such precisionunmatched. Not tomention every spot of cardboard, trash, etc was cleaned up neat as a pin. We are just awaiting our granite top, which we have every confidence will go just as well as everything else, even though we understand if hiccups occur.If you need kitchen cabinets and counters, I simple cannot recommend this company enough to you!!!! IMPECCABLE at every level! Thank you so so much Columbus Granite and Columbus Cabinets!!
