I had 2 decks added by Patio Rm Factory and had a 10' x 12' screen room built on the higher deck. The project took longer than I expected due to permit issues, electrical problems and weather delays but overall I have been very happy with the way it turned out. It fits well in my back yard and looks great.
I would recommend Patio Room Factory.

they put awnings on my windows. they did an excellent job. Cost was just right. They arrived on time and was done so quickly. but the finish product was beautiful. I would recommend them to all my friends.

Mark Yates was so friendly and professional. He worked with our unique design and cut us a great deal. His crew was also very friendly and professional. The overhang has been so nice to sit under!

The Patio Room Factory demolished my old screened-in porch, and replaced it with a three-season sun room. Their work was excellent, from the demolition to the final completion. The design is an excellent match with the rest of the house, and it appears to be well-insulated. Disruption was minimal, cleanup was complete. I'd love to make this 4 and a half stars. Some scheduling questions, but nothing major.

We had a 3 season room built. Everything was like we wanted any question we had were addressed quickly we are very happy with the quality of everything
It looks beautiful and really ads to the appeal of the house
