This was my third time using them for wallpaperinstallation, and once again they exceeded my expectations! Their attention to detail, professionalism, and quality of work are outstanding. They always arrive on time, communicate well, and leave everything looking absolutely perfect. Wallpaper can be tricky, but every seam is flawless and the finished result completely transforms the space. I found Myers for a project to repairwallpaper for my mom. They provided a very reasonable quote based on a photo I sent, and I connected them directly with her to schedule the work.
Unfortunately, Mrs. Myers ended up in the hospital, but she stayed in contact with my mom the entire time. I was truly impressed by her communication and work ethic—it’s not easy running your own business, especially when you’re dealing with health issues.
She still came the following weekend—with her husband—to complete the job. What a trooper! We really appreciated her dedication and the care she showed throughout the whole process.

We had wallpaperinstalled in our entry way and Myers Custom Finishes did an excellent job. They answered my request online in record speed and completed the job timely and professionally. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the customers for a walk-through of the project. We take photos and notes and discuss the options available. We find that it's helpful to learn a little about their lifestyle to determine which products will provide the best durability and function.
Communication is key. We always work with our customers to establish a work schedule and time line that allows us to complete the project on time, while minimizing the inconvenience to the client. Renovating is never pleasant, but it shouldn't be painful.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We try to stay informed of all current trends and research new products as they come to market. We view videos of new techniques to not only stay competitive, but to be able to provide versatility to our clients.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with so many types of people, both residential and commerial. We always make a point of getting to know our customers and their vision and expectations for their finished projects. Then we strive to surpass that, usually with great success.
Even when we aren't hired for projects, we give advice and suggestions on products and techniques that will help them to successfully complete their projects.
