- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a $40.00 Diagnostic Fee due at time of inspection of your project. This charge covers costs associated with price of lead generation, fuel, travel time, preparing a written job proposal, etc. When you hire us, this charge is DISCOUNTED OFF the final payment for the project. There is a minimum total cost of $350.00 for custom drywall / plaster repair work. This includes completion of your project, hauling away drywall / plaster debris and sweeping or vacuuming work area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When speaking with a customer, we set a time and date for inspection of project. At the inspection of project, we collect the $40.00 Diagnostic Fee and provide the customer with the date the proposal will be completed for customer and / or insurance company. When proposal is signed, customer make initial payment for project. We complete project. Customer make final payment of project minus Diagnostic Fee. EVERYONE IS HAPPY!

Scott L. Dailey began learning the drywall trade from his father. Scott L. Dailey has been trained in all aspects of drywall / plaster installation and repair. Scott L. Dailey is knowledgeable in reading blue prints and drawings.
