We called David because our electrical outlets in our basement as well as our garage we’re not working. Spoke about the issue before he arrived to ensure the job could be done.
Upon arrival, he diagnosed/fixed the issue and was very helpful in explaining what went wrong. While the issue turned out to be minor, we will use him for any future electrical needs throughout our house.
We also asked about a different electrical problem, separate from the issue we originally spoke about. While he couldn’t fix it (didn’t have the right appliances on him) he saved us money by walking us through it and now we can fix it on our own. 👍🏽
